Pyramus & Thisbe
Pyramus and Thisbe are a pair of ill-fated lovers whose story forms part of Ovid's Metamorphoses. The story has since been retold by many authors. For instance the tragedy of Romeo and Juliet ultimately sprang from Ovid's piece.
I was asked to create a design for each of the nine main parts that build up the tragic love story. The graphics don’t illustrate but compliment Ovid’s lines.
